Refunds Policy

Refund Policy Timeframe:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.  The order must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Packaging Requirements:

Please ensure the product is packed carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Please note, if your order included a card design or photo printing service, only 50% of the fees will be refunded.

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

After 28 Days:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if 28 days have passed since your purchase.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
